Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for overall planning, control and execution of the project in a cost-effective manner and shall ensure compliance with the Contract technical specification, program, financial and commercial policies and practices, quality requirements including the development, coordination and authorization of the site-specific management plans.
• Responsible for overall system for project implementation;
• Responsible for contract performance, is the first person in charge of Project Management System operation;
• Responsible for setting project objectives and organizing decomposition;
• Responsible for organizing and formulation of responsibilities and authorities of various departments, key positions and engineering teams, and conducting assessment;
• Responsible for resource allocation of management system establishment, operation and continuous maintenance;
• Preside management reviews and determine measures that need to be improved in the operation of the management system;
• Responsible for establishing appropriate communication channels to ensure smooth communication of relevant internal and external related information;
• Responsible for organizing the handling of customer complaints, major accidents and incidents.
• Responsible for the approval and submission of design changes;
• Communicate with design, supervision and Client regularly to ensure that design, supervision and Client's requirements and instructions are implemented in a timely manner.

• Project management skills such as time management, project budgeting, resource management and project scheduling
Education & Training
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, civil engineering, construction management or related field
• Strong knowledge of construction management best practices
• Fluency in software programs related to construction management, including project management software
• Current with rules and regulations related to construction
Work Experience
• Five years of project management experience in the construction industry or construction specialties such as plumbing, carpentry or masonry
• Years of construction management experience managing budgets and schedules
• Prior experience managing a construction site
• Experience leading a construction crew
• Proven risk management experience in construction projects
