Account Executive

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Generate new leads and convert them into loyal clients through proactive sales efforts.

2. Understand clients’ aesthetic needs and offer tailored solutions through clinic services.

3. Upsell and cross-sell aesthetic treatments and products to increase clinic revenue.

4. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high client satisfaction and retention.

5. Act as a point of contact for key accounts, providing them with support and personalized service.

6. Track and monitor client engagement, treatment plans, and follow-ups.

7. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align sales strategies with clinic goals.

8. Set and achieve sales targets on a monthly/quarterly basis.

9. Provide regular sales reports and performance analysis to management.

10. Maintain in-depth knowledge of the clinic’s products, services, and industry trends.

11. Conduct consultations to guide clients on suitable aesthetic treatments and products.

12. Stay updated on the latest aesthetic technologies, procedures, and skincare products.

13. Collaborate with clinic staff, including dermatologists, aestheticians, and management, to ensure seamless client experiences.

14. Provide feedback on client preferences and sales trends to improve offerings and customer service.

Qualifications, Skills and Exeperience:

1.Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success in the aesthetic, beauty, or healthcare industry.

2.Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).

3. Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Client-focused, with the ability to build lasting relationships.

6. Good understanding of aesthetic treatments and skincare products.

7. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
