Social Media Specialist

-Ability to develop and implement a corporate social media strategy
-Ability to monitor online activity across departments and geographical areas to ensure anyone using the company’s online tools is following established guidelines and best practice rules.
-Encourage greater social media participation
-Identify opportunities to influence public perception through audience engagement and publicly speaking about the brand’s social media strategy.
-Ability to create and distribute content in various formats across multiple channels to enhance our brands and drive digital follower expansion.
-Working knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
-Manage social media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities.
-Familiarity with photography and videography for use in social graphics and content.
-Design Graphics experience
-Produce and edit video content
-Create and curate content for our digital site and social media platforms
-Design branded physical memorabilia
-Assist with proofreading or editing other content before publishing.
-Perform background research as needed.
-Review live content monthly and create reports outlining success rates.
Qualifications:
-A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
-At least 2 years of experience in the gaming industry.
-Experience with Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
-Experience with video editing with Adobe Premier or an equivalent software platform.
-Experience with surface-level web development is preferred by not required.
-An understanding of the best use practices for social media such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
-A firm understanding of video copyright laws and YouTube and TikTok terms of service. Prefer working knowledge.
