Job Description

This is a full-time customer service role based in Quezon City, Metro Manila, focused on content moderation tasks. As a member of the Customer Service team, you will be responsible for reviewing and managing user-generated content to ensure it adheres to the company's policies and community guidelines.

Provide feedback and recommendations to improve content moderation processes
Respond to user inquiries and assist with content-related issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the user experience
Maintain accurate records and documentation of your work

What we're looking for
College or Associate Grad + 3 months Customer Facing Experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse users
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to quickly identify and assess content for potential issues
Familiarity with online communities, social media, or digital content management
Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
