The Technical Support and End User Services Manager leads onsite technology support 24/7, ensuring a high level of service for internal clients. They handle escalated issues, manage projects, and report progress to the ICT Manager. This role also oversees the ICT Hardware Technical Support Group.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related IT field from a reputable college/university.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related role.
• Experience in remote desktop and onsite technical assistance.
• At least 2 years of leadership experience in managing technical support teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills with quick resolution.
• Project management, goal-oriented, and research-focused.
Salary Range: 60k to 80k plus Benefits and Supplemental Pay
