Job Description
Product Sourcing and Importing:
Identify and establish relationships with international suppliers for safety and PPE products.
Manage the import process, ensuring compliance with regulations and timely delivery.
Sales and Marketing:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our safety and PPE products.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the safety equipment sector.
Collaborate with the sales team to drive product sales and customer engagement.
Customer Support:
Provide expert advice to clients on the selection and use of safety products.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to product quality, delivery, and service.
Inventory Management:
Oversee inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.
Work with logistics to streamline supply chain operations and reduce costs.
Compliance and Safety Standards:
Ensure all products meet industry safety standards and regulations.
Stay updated on changes in safety regulations and incorporate them into product offerings.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Experience in importing and sourcing products, preferably in the safety or PPE industry.
Strong understanding of marketing principles and sales strategies.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs.
Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
