General Cost Accountant

Job Description/ Responsibilities:

1. General Accounting Functions Processing and monitoring of petty cash fund and revolving fund processing of request for payment, accounts payable voucher and Cash Advances Bookkeeping Posting entries for inter-billing for every company assigned.
2.
Preparing of Payroll for the following accounts: - South Industrial Employees - Jeep AC Employees Handling attendance /deductions for government Loans, benefits / mandatories, bank loans, and company loans, overtime, shuttle deductions, releasing Cash and pay slip.

3. Preparing of schedules for Withholding Tax Preparing and filing of government mandatories such as SSS, PHIC, and HDMF Prepare journal entries for inter-billing of salary recharges

4. Records and Reports Design and prepare audit schedules for internal audit processors Records all transactions in the accounting system including journal entries, adjusting entries, accruals, deferrals and inter-billings.

5. Others Handling Stay In deductions for Cavite area Administrative Responsibility

- Documentations and Documents needed: Sorting and filing of vouchers
