Job Description

- Will serve as the Executive Assistant of the CEO.
- Managing the CEO’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters.
- Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary.
- Accompany the CEO to her appointments when needed.
- Handles bank-to-bank transactions.
- Process payments such as broker's billings, charges with bank, advances by broker, local insurance etc.
- Other task that may be assigned from time to time.
Salary:
20.000,00 ₱ Monthly
