Job description
DESCRIPTION: Provides executive, administrative, and development support to the President and Board of Directors, as well as the Company Executives and HR. The Executive Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the Chairman. The Executive Assistant serves as a liaison to the Board of Directors and senior management teams; organizes and coordinates executive outreach and external relations efforts; and oversees special projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

At least 2 - 3 years’ experience as Executive Assistant or Managerial Role;
Diploma with courses related to Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accountancy, Finance, and Management, Operations Management or other business-related courses;
Experience in management may be advantageous;
Knowledge of data analysis and report writing;
Good comprehension, obedience to instructions, time management, cope well under pressure and ability to multitask;
Eager to learn and work together with other departments in the company;
Has expertise in the creation and implementation of policies and procedures, corrective action plan in relation to operation improvements;
Possess strong leadership skills, people-person, and critical-thinker, problem-solving abilities, analytical skills, mathematical skills and creative thinking skills;
Proactive, detail-oriented, organized, accurate, and can work with minimum supervision, can follow standard procedure and decision making;
Excellent verbal, copywriting and business-writing communication skills;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software, Excellent MS Excel or administrative system is an advantage;
Positive working attitude and observing professionalism at all times that can embody the company’s vision and mission.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Fulfills tasks set out by the Management, specifically from the office of the CEO/Chairman;
Follows the company rules, standards, regulations and guidelines;
Handles the calendar, arrange meetings and events for CEO/Chairman;
Create and maintain an effective filing management system for all documents, records and reports of the CEO/Chairman;
Directly coordinates with the company heads and managers regarding business related matters as delegated by the CEO , but not limited to the following:
Monitor and follow up committed deliverables;
Preparation and dissemination of minutes of the meetings;
Securing pertinent documents related to business matters;
Handles personal requirements of the CEO;
Manage and protect confidential file of the CEO;
Organize an update files/ legal documents of the CEO;
Support and assist the CEO in keeping up with his schedule including appointment request and compose correspondence as requested;
Handles special projects that may be assigned from time to time;
Performs any tasks or work required by the Chairman;
