Job Description
As our Marketing Manager:
You’ll have a big impact by shaping our sales and marketing efforts. You'll lead the charge in creating and executing strategies that drive growth and keep our dealer branches thriving. Responsibilities:
• Manage internal and external communications, including sales collateral, web content, press releases, and digital marketing platforms.
• Design and execute promotional and advertising campaigns, adapting materials to specific markets.
• Coordinate marketing programs with Sales, aligned with 1-year and 3-year plans.
• Oversee all marketing, advertising, and promotional activities to support sales lead generation.
• Analyze customer research, market data, and adjust marketing plans as necessary.
• Plan and coordinate marketing materials and procurement.
• Develop and manage marketing contracts with customers and suppliers.
• Support the use of ExxonMobil brand and coordinate supplier marketing financial assistance.
• Conduct surveys on customer awareness and satisfaction of marketing programs.
• Lead market research to identify new leads and opportunities.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (an MBA is a huge leverage)
• 3-4 years of hands-on experience in developing and executing marketing plans.
• Strong multitasking, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience in customer assessments and marketing surveys.
• Proven track record in developing and executing marketing strategies.
• Agency supervisory experience is a plus.
