Job Description

HR MANAGER, LEARNING AND ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT
(Work base: Compostela, Cebu)

Responsibilities:
• Reviews and/or conducts training needs analysis, reviews, and co-facilitates in-house training
modules/programs.
• Ensures the preparation of all training requirements prior to the conduct of the training program
(budget, memo, training materials, hand-outs, certificate of attendance, venue, food, and
accommodation).
• Strategizing and implementing training and development interventions to increase organizational capability in achieving desired business results.
• Strategizing and implementing initiatives and processes to measure employee performance
and address performance gaps.

Qualifications:
• Candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management
• With at least five years of managerial experience in human resources specializing in Learning and Organizational Development.
• Extensive background in training, organizational behavior, management, and leadership; industrial relations and labor relations as well as administrative.
• With strong attention to detail, decision-making, planning, and facilitation skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels of the organization
