Job Description
Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa (Onsite)
Job Purpose:
As an Administrative Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting smooth office operations by managing day-to-day tasks like coordinating tester attendance, organizing meetings, handling correspondence, and assisting with office needs.
Qualifications:
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal
Experience in managing office supplies and records
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
Previous experience in administrative roles in the Bank industry is an advantage
