Job Description
This is equivalent to a functional lead or functional consultant that are part of the project during design and build. Has experience in D365 and can elicit detailed requirements from the business and map it against functionalities of D365 or the system/app built on it. Comes up with functional design document. Supports SIT, UAT defect resolution
Translate business requirements Dynamics 365 solutions & processes.
Conduct gap analysis to identify areas where existing system configuration does not meet business needs.
Design and document Dynamics 365 solutions that meet business requirements.
Configure and customize Dynamics 365 modules to support business processes.
Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with best practices.
Coordinate with IT and business team members to ensure successful implementation and integration of Dynamics 365 solutions.
D365 System Testing and Quality Assurance (including regression testing on upgrades).
Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of Dynamics 365 solutions.
Identify and resolve issues and defects during the testing phase.
Ensure that solutions meet performance standards.
Work with functional teams to deliver training for end-users and IT staff on Dynamics 365 functionalities and best practices.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365-related issues.
Identify opportunities for process and system improvements.
Be familiar with Agile methodologies and project management practices.
Proficiency in Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Contact Center module.
