Warehouse Supervisor

Ensure that proper posting and scheduling of manpower force for Warehouse dept is accurate to handle the daily operational activity.
Supervise the warehouse activities from inbound sorting, packing and up to outbound Activities.
Ensures that segregations and sorting of items is checked, and validated with accuracy based on the SSCC numbers and designated Hub for delivery.
Ensures that items/cargoes are properly checked & validated from the outbound manifests the actual cargo before proceeding to loading activities.
See to it that all outbound cargoes are prepared with gate pass before to loading activities
Monitors and updates any concerns/problems encountered and coordinates with the Customer Service Dept.
Evaluates the work performance of all Warehouseman crew & Team leaders.
Coordinates with HR departments all employee’s concerns.
Request materials and equipments necessary for Warehouse Department.
Assist the Management in the implementation of company rules and procedures. Specifically on employee’s safety rules & procedures within the Warehouse department.
Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate superior.
