Job Description
The Team Lead is primary support for the Admin Leadership team, providing relief coverage as required in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment. The role is required to maintain a high level of confidentiality due to the nature of the role working as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to resolve complex business issues from strategy to execution, as well as being seen as a leader among peers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be expected to demonstrate critical thinking and the ability to bring order to unstructured problems and consistently look for ways to enhance service delivery. Essential to the role are proactivity, anticipation of needs, as well as an agile mindset that adapts to ever changing priorities. An ability to work in a team environment is essential to this role. The desire to digitally upskill and stay current in technical skills as well as lead by example with digital knowledge is imperative to your success. Demonstrating exceptional organizational skills and prioritizing multiple responsibilities will be daily. Excellent judgement and an ability to know when to use discretion will be of utmost importance.
Provide short and long-term interim coverage for admin managers based on needs. Assist with the development of admin staff to execute the effective delivery of administrative support services in a virtual environment.
Taking a lead on assigned projects as determined by the leadership team, owning the full lifecycle of the project utilizing effective project management skills to see successful completion/implementation.
Collaborate with the admin leadership team to help implement and drive national administrative strategic priorities.
Build relationships with other groups to encourage communication and sharing; identifying tools and resources to streamline and create consistency and collaborate with other Business
Enablement (BE) teams.
Working with coaches and the Admin Leadership team to develop coaching skills. Support continuous learning, digital upskilling and ad hoc initiatives / projects.
Other responsibilities include
Proactively stay on top of new technology, to help drive the adoption of changes to firm technology, policies and procedures.
Maintain professional, digital and technical knowledge using firm tools, by attending training sessions & establishing personal networks.
Lead by example and share new knowledge with admin teams.
Function as a backup for admin managers and contribute to leading team activities, including team chats and weekly team meetings.
Commit to professional development from a leadership perspective; utilizing firm resources and network to fully develop as a PwC Professional.
Use feedback and reflection to develop self-awareness, personal strengths and address development areas.
Delegate to others to provide stretch opportunities, coaching them to deliver results.

- 50.000,00 ₱ Monthly
