Job Description
We are currently hiring Call Center Agents for Temporarily Work-At-Home positions.
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer support and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer calls and inquiries
Assist customers in resolving product or service-related issues
Provide accurate and timely information to customers
Document customer interactions and update customer records
Deliver excellent customer service in a professional and friendly manner
Follow established guidelines and procedures for customer interactions
Requirements:
• At least 2nd year College Undergrad (completed with no back subjects)
OR SHS Grad (new curr)/Graduate of any 2 year course
• Must have 6 months to 1 year customer service experience in sales
• Must have good English communication skills
• Must be Willing to work on holidays
• Willing to work on shifting schedule and extended working hours
• Can start immediately
