Job Description

Skills and Qualifications:
Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accuracy in data entry, record keeping, and processing of transactions.
Numeracy Skills: Proficiency with numbers and understanding of financial or investment concepts.
Computer Proficiency: Experience with spreadsheets, financial software, and databases; knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication for interacting with clients and colleagues.
Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and handle multiple responsibilities.
Integrity and Confidentiality: High ethical standards, particularly when dealing with sensitive financial information.

Qualification:
A degree in finance, accounting, or business may be preferred.
Experience: 2 years experience in a financial, clerical, or administrative role is often preferred but not always necessary. Training may be provided.
