Job Description
The Training Officer shall provide necessary training courses through effective course development, implementation and curriculum maintenance and ensure that all training-related records are properly recorded and analyzed
Requirements:
Graduate of Bs in Psychology or any related course
At least 3 yrs experience
Major Responsibilities:
1. Assists in the end-to-end learning and training process, from needs assessment, program or course development and delivery, and evaluation.
2. Acts as Resource Speaker/Facilitator in designated courses/programs.
3. Oversees the employee engagement programs/company events.
Tasks:
Conducts on boarding program.
Prepares and implements training calendar and budget.
Conducts and monitor training and development assessment.
Designs and develops training programs that aim to resolve core, leadership, and technical competency gaps, as well as developing competency building and learning modules in coordination with different department for the continuous development of all personnel. Translates requirements into trainings that will groom employees for the next step of their career path
Develops training materials such as slides, facilitator guides, participant guides, e-learning, videos, job aids, hand-outs, pre and post course work.
Revision of existing training programs based on changes to requirements.
Collaborates with third-party training providers to arrange employee registration and participation in outside training programs.
Coordinate with external speaker for external client's seminar/ training requirement.
