• Bachelor's degree graduate of any IT-related course
• At least 3 years of sales experience
Job Description:
• Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales,
revenue, and expense controls.
• Meeting planned sales goals.
• Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
• Monitoring sales targets and report results to business unit heads.
• Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
• Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
• Promoting the organization and products.
• Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
• Attending conferences, meetings, and events.
• Create quotes and proposals for clients.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Sales Supervisors in deal pursuits.
• Hiring and training of staff to ensure an effective team that delivers increased sales performance.
