In 1961, it reorganized into the Philippine Football Association (PFA) and in 1982 into the Philippine Football Federation. It adopted its latest Statutes in 2007.

Job Description

1. Develop and implement strategic plans for broadcasting content and operations to meet organizational goals.
2. Oversee the creation, acquisition, and scheduling of broadcast content, ensuring high quality and relevance.
Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of professionals, including producers, directors, and technical staff, to achieve broadcasting objectives.
3. Responsible for budget planning and financial management related to broadcasting activities.
4. Ensure compliance with broadcasting regulations and standards set by relevant authorities.
5. Develop strategies to grow and retain audiences through engaging and innovative broadcasting content.
6. Stay abreast of technological advancements in broadcasting and implement relevant tools and systems for improved efficiency.
7. Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to align broadcasting strategies with overall organizational objectives.
8. Develop and implement plans for handling emergency situations or critical issues that may impact broadcasting operations.
9. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, industry professionals, and partners to enhance broadcasting opportunities.
