Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Bank Branch Manager in San Fernando, Pampanga. The Bank Branch Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure compliance with banking regulations, drive business growth, and provide exceptional customer service to clients.
Qualifications:
• At least three (3) years of Banking and Sales Experience.
• At least one (1) year in a managerial role and experience as a branch manager.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in financial services, banking operations, and customer service
• Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements
• Ability to develop and implement business strategies
• Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the banking industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance
• Experience in rural banking.
