2+ years experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities:
Logistics Planning and Coordination:
Develop and implement logistics plans and strategies to ensure efficient movement of goods.
Coordinate transportation and delivery schedules to optimize resource utilization.
Inventory Management:
Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
Conduct regular audits and inventory checks to maintain accurate records.
Supplier and Vendor Management:
Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
Negotiate contracts and terms to ensure cost-effective procurement of goods and services.
Logistics Operations:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of logistics activities, including warehousing, transportation, and distribution.
Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Analyze logistics data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
Prepare and present reports on logistics performance and metrics.
Problem Solving:
Address and resolve issues related to logistics, such as delays, damages, or discrepancies.
Implement solutions to prevent future occurrences and improve overall logistics processes.
Team Management:
Supervise and train logistics staff to ensure effective performance.
Delegate tasks and monitor progress to achieve logistics objectives.
Cost Management:
Monitor and control logistics costs to stay within budget.
Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.
