Job Description
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2+ years experience
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Knowledge of CRM software and other business development tools is a plus.
Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Eagerness to learn and grow in the business development field.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research & Analysis:
Conduct research to identify new markets, industries, and potential clients.
Analyze industry trends and competition to find opportunities for business growth.
Assist in preparing market reports and presentations.
Lead Generation:
Identify, contact, and qualify new leads and business opportunities.
Maintain and update a pipeline of potential clients through CRM tools.
Assist in creating strategies to attract new clients.
Client Relationship Management:
Support senior team members in managing client relationships.
Respond to client inquiries and ensure timely follow-up.
Maintain professional communication with clients to build rapport and trust.
Proposal & Presentation Preparation:
Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and pitches.
Support the preparation of contracts and agreements for potential clients.
Sales Support:
Collaborate with the sales team to help achieve revenue targets.
Support in developing and implementing sales strategies.
Monitor and report on sales performance and metrics.
Administrative Support:
Provide administrative assistance to senior team members, such as scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing communications.
Keep track of business development activities and maintain records of meetings and outcomes.
