Financial Reporting Accountant (Hybrid)

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Reporting Accountant to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, compliance with regulatory standards, and efficient financial management. You will play a key role in maintaining the integrity of our accounting records and providing essential financial insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & Compliance

Prepare and post monthly journal vouchers for financial statements.
Ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies in all financial transactions.
Generate and analyze accounting data to provide accurate financial information.
Conduct month-end closing activities and contribute to management reporting.
Reconciliations & Audits

Prepare monthly financial reports for submission to the Cyprus office.
Perform semi-monthly and monthly bank reconciliations.
Reconcile assigned balance sheet accounts and prepare schedules for audit and analysis.
Assist internal and external auditors during audits.
Tax & Statutory Compliance

Compute quarterly corporate income taxes.
Monitor and ensure timely filing of government reports (BIR, SEC, BOI).
Assist with other statutory requirements, including municipal permits.
Additional Responsibilities

Prepare ad hoc reports and other accounting-related tasks as required.
Required Qualifications & Competencies
Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy (CPA preferred)
Minimum 3 years of experience in general accounting
Strong proficiency in financial software and applications
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong leadership qualities, self-motivation, and a goal-oriented mindset
