Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Full-Time position(s) available.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE:
individual contributor role
Review & oversight of the following day-to-day deliverables:
standard process/es, accounting policies and guidelines for:
o reconciliation of general bank accounts to payments/receipts
o processing of month-end journals and intercompany transactions
o completion of month-end working papers
o preparation of monthly IAS, quarterly BAS and monthly payroll tax
o attend to client queries and adhoc requests, as relevant
o other functions to be transitioned as per agreed timeline/schedule
Process Improvement/Projects and Change Management

payable, bank reconciliation, month end accounts, AFSL financial compliance, budgets, etc. to ensure
efficient, timely and accurate process delivery
Prepares and/or updates all necessary documentation, e.g. checklists, templates, process maps and
manuals/procedures, etc. for all functions in accordance with the agreed scope of services
Assist with onboarding new entities to relevant systems
Provide support in conducting training and knowledge transfer to new staff on systems and
processes in accordance with agreed procedures, templates and workflows
Proactively engage, deliver, execute and implement various standardization, centralization and
continuous improvement projects and initiatives aligned with finance-wide key priorities
Other Adhoc and/or required deliverables
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
The successful candidate should have a minimum 5 years’ experience gained in a professional
services accounting environment.
Previous experience as a Reviewer/Senior Accountant will be an advantage
CA/CPA qualified is preferred.
SALARY RANGE: 50,000 - 70,000 ( DEPENDING ON THE EXPERIENCE)
