Job Description

Responsible for the complete support of the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems. Providing counseling on policies and procedures of the company and DOLE.  Actively involved and responsible in recruitment of new employees for both contractual and full-time. Processes employee-related administrative work.

Responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the office, making sure office is run like a tight ship. Coordinates with Pantry Manager to make sure upkeep is intact at all times.
