Job Description
The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing the full sales process, and tracking customer interactions in the CRM system. You will also give presentations, and demos, and provide support to prospective customers while staying informed about market trends and leading a high-performing team. Collaboration with the Customer Success team is essential to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years related experience in HRIS SaaS sales
• Willing to travel for business trips to meet clients
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Outgoing, highly-motivated, aggressive, ambitious, and competitive
• IT and HR background is a plus
