Finance Manager (FinTech)

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for accounting, tax compliance, transaction reconciliation, annual report audit, accounting file management, information disclosure, etc.;
Establish and maintain good communication with local taxation, banks, government, agents, auditors, etc.;
Responsible for establishing and improving the financial management and control system of companies, ensuring the effective implementation of internal control process;
Advising and executing any planning projects in collaboration
with the headquarter;
Maintain efficient communication with headquarter, timely responding or helping coordinate to solve any inquiries or problems from headquarter;
Keep abreast of business changes, assist business teams to develop medium and long-term performance development goals, and track the execution of targets;
Other ad hoc assigned.

Job Qualifications:

Bachelor of above degree in Accounting/Finance/tax/business field;
5+ years of working experience in finance or taxation. Applicants with working experience in the Finance, Internet, Hi-tech industry are preferred;
Fintech experience is a must
Big 4 experience is a plus;
Ability to perform under pressure to strict deadlines and ad hoc assignments;
Must be detail-oriented, proactive and willing to take initiatives;
