Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Email Support Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for managing customer inquiries and providing timely and professional email support. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and prior experience using Zendesk or similar customer service platforms.

Duties:

● Attend to customer enquiries through emails (Zendesk) in a timely and accurate manner

● Stay on top of campaigns and promotional releases

● Communicate customer feedback to internal / external stakeholders to champion new processes to better serve our customers

● Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times

Qualifications:

At least 1yr experience in email management
Proficiency with different email management software, preferably Zendesk
Committed and willing to be assigned in any Site.
Flexible in shifting schedules.
