Job Description

Client Profile:

Position: HR Support Specialist- HRIS
Industry: BPO Company
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Salary: Php 35,000
Schedule: Mondays- Fridays
Work Set up: Onsite

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in psychology, human Resource or any related field.
With at least 1-2 years of work experience.
With experience in HRIS.
Amenable to work in a BPO company.
Can work on site is a big advantage.

Responsibilities:
Process timely separations of employment, status changes, and transfers within both ticketing and HRIS
systems.
Ensure that all changes submitted include the proper documentation, such as offer letters and approvals
Manage ticketing requests through our HR ticketing dashboard, ensuring all inquiries are addressed
promptly and accurately on a daily basis.
Follow up on outstanding tickets and ensure timely resolution of all HR-related issues.
Collaborate with HR team members to streamline HR processes and improve operational efficiency.
Assist in generating reports and analyzing HR data to support decision-making.
Provide exceptional customer service to employees & managers regarding HRIS-related inquiries.
