Job Description

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for overseeing employees and daily operations of the human resources department and maintaining HR systems and processes
2. Manage the recruitment and preparation of the employment contract
3. Responsible for maintaining employee records
4. Responsible to the training and development needed for the organization
5. Responsible for payroll including monitoring of attendance & leave
6. Responsible to facilitate performance review and appraisal
7. Responsible to oversee and review the compensation and benefits for employees
8. Responsible to keep the company in compliance with health and safety rules and regulations
9. Responsible to shape and maintain company culture
10. Responsible for planning and execution of human resources strategies and recruitment plans in line with company policy
11. Responsible for reviewing the business rules related to human resources and for updating it.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management or equivalent.
- At least 15 years experience in human resources or related field
- Good communication skills to relate information, connect with the stakeholders and promote a professional environment
- Have experience working with Japanese companies
- Have experience on talent acquisition(recruitment) and job grading
Salary:
90.000,00 ₱ Monthly
