Job description
The Project Manager plays an important role in managing client relationship and overseeing the successful execution of projects related to digital brand promotion campaigns and other engagements as part of the agreed deliverables set by the client. The Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and projects are delivered and performed according to expectations.

DETAILED ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Client Relationship Management:

-Conducts market research to identify potential clients or brands within the live selling industry.
-Responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients interested in leveraging live selling platforms for business growth and development.
-Conducts effective presentations and demonstrations to showcase the capabilities of the company and platform.
-Utilizes various channel such as cold calling, email campaigns, and networking to generate leads.
-Understand client's goals, objectives, and deliverables for each project, and translate them into actionable plans.
-Drafts engagement proposals based on the approved Live Selling package/ pricing to be submitted to the clients.
-Communicates regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress, address concerns, and gather feedback.
-Leads the MCN team by providing clear direction and guidance on operational processes and plans.
-Leads the MCN team by providing clear direction on talent recruitment process and requirements .

2. Project Planning and Execution:

-Communicates with clients to define project scope, objectives and deliverables.
-Develops detailed project plan and timelines in coordination with SJ Studios' talents and internal teams.
-Coordinates project execution, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget while maintaining quality standards.

3. Performance Reporting and Analysis:

-Generates and presents regular reports on project performance, including key metrics, milestones achieved and areas for optimization.
-Conducts data analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for future projects and campaigns.
-Presents weekly MCN performance report during executive meeting.

EDUCATION

-Graduate of any 4-year Business related course.
