- The Social Housing Finance Corporation (SHFC) was created through Executive Order No. 272 (E.O.272), which directs the transfer of the Community Mortgage Program (CMP), Abot Kaya Pabahay Fund (AKPF) Program, and other social housing powers and functions of the National Home Mortgage Finance Corporation to the SHFC. Under E.O. 272, the SHFC shall be the lead government agency to undertake social housing programs that will cater to the formal and informal sectors in the low-income bracket and shall take charge of developing and administering social housing program schemes, particularly the CMP and the AKPF Program (amortization support program and development financing program).

Job Description
Education: Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related course
Experience: At least 3 years of relevant work experience
Training: At least 16 hours of relevant training
EMPLOYMENT STATUS: To be officially employed under DBP Service Corporation (DBPSC), but shall be assigned and deployed to Social Housing Finance Corporation (SHFC) as an agency-hired employee.

WORK SCHEDULE: Mondays to Fridays (8 AM - 5 PM)
SCOPE OF WORK:
1. Consolidates all cash transactions, monitors fund balances, and prepares daily cash position report;
2. Prepares checks, analyses, and prepares disbursement reports;
3.Prepares notices, coordinates with other department and stakeholders for loan release, refund or excess payments and other operating expenses;
4.Reconciles and monitors daily bank balances and prepares relevant reports;
5. Maintains landbank WeAcess facility corrections whenever necessary;
6. Prepares monthly/quarterly DBM/DOF interest income and fund utilization reports;
7. Prepares monthly reports on outstanding checks and unreleased Corporate checks;
8. Ensures the safekeeping of unissued and signed corporate checks;
9. Performs other related functions from time to time;
