Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments of existing finance processes, systems, and controls to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Develop and implement finance transformation initiatives.
Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness of financial operations.
Analyze financial data and performance metrics.
Provide guidance and support to finance teams.

Required Skills:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance and Project Management.
At least 3-5 years of work experience in internal audit, consulting, or project management.
Preferably CPA, or holder of equivalent qualification (CIA, CCSA, etc.)
Strong understanding of finance principles, practices, and regulations.
Proficiency in financial analysis, modeling, and data interpretation.
