Job Description
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute project plans, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Oversee the deployment of the software solution or process changes.
Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate end-users.
Create comprehensive documentation.
Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze their business requirements.
Required Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Information Technology, or Computer Science.
Proven experience in implementation consulting, business process analysis, or project management.
Must have 3 years of Implementation experience (Product they roll-out/Implement- POS, ERP)
Must have Retail experience.
Proficiency in software configuration, data migration, and integration processes.
