Responsibilities:

Gather information from respective process owners and document all pain points.
Create gap analysis document that will help the team in the evaluation process.
Convincingly present solutions on platform strategy/ experience /adoption/ enablement.
Gather, analyze, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data, draw conclusions, and develop strategic recommendations for products / solutions.
Project Management functions

Required Skills:

Bachelor’s degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related courses.
At least 3 years relevant experience in related field.
Good understanding of business and technology.
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Applications.
Preferably Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
