Responsibilities:

Conduct extensive market research to identify potential acquisition targets or partnership opportunities.
Conduct detailed financial analysis of potential acquisitions.
Oversee the entire acquisition process, coordinating activities across various departments and stakeholders.
Coordinate and conduct due diligence activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integration plans for successfully integrating the acquired company into the acquiring organization.

Required Skills:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Project management expertise.
Knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks.
Project management expertise with the ability to manage multiple acquisitions concurrently.
