Job Description
Must have at least 3-5 years of experience in SAP FICO
Must have excellent communication skills
Must be able to work hybrid (3 days at the office, 2 days WFH); mid shift
Must have stable internet connection at home
Job Description:
Facilitate the support for SAP FICO
Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements
Facilitate meetings/workshops to collect business requirements
Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy business' needs
Design, customize, configure and testing of FICO
Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions
Identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements.
Document functional designs, test cases and results.
Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements.
Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects.
Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required.
Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems
