Job Description

Job Description :
The successful candidate shall be made responsible for attending all matters concerning crew changes, reporting, and assisting the EVP/Manning Manager for any concerns of Principals, Owners, and Crew/Seafarers.

Specific Duties:
Monitors vessel movements.
Informs Master for crew change plans ahead of time.
Prepares crew change quotation and complete line-up of crew for nomination in accordance with Principal’s requirements.
Arranges and coordinates travel itineraries for on and off signers to ensure smooth completion of crew change.
Monitors processing of crew change to ensure timely deployment.
Submits final report to the Principals after every crew change.
Responsible for daily or weekly reports regarding updates of vessels and crew on board.
Updates the Manning Program.
Assists the EVP/Manning Manager on all matters regarding manning procedures.
Communicates with the Principals, Vessels and Agents on crew matters and issues.
Advises the EVP and Recruitment Team regarding the progress and status of vessels with crew change and other relevant matters.
Submits approved crew change cost to Accounting Department for their reference in processing debit notes.
Assist in the recruitment process and the pre-deployment when necessary.
Performs other duties that the Management may assign from time to time.
