The company was officially recognized by the Securities and Exchange Commission on the 29th of March 2009 and began navigating in the manning industry on the 22nd of June 2009 as it was finally granted its License to Operate by the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration under POEA License No. POEA-060-SB-xxxxxxx-R-MLC.
