Job Description

Job Title: Onsite Admin IT (L2 Support)
Location: Eastwood, Quezon City
Work Arrangement: ONSITE
Schedule: Graveyard shift
Contract Duration: 1 year
Salary Offer: Php35,000 - Php50,000

Responsibilities:

• Remotely assist users with desktop, server, printer, and other connected device troubleshooting.
• Document all work performed through a support ticketing system and effectively track and route incidents to the appropriate teams within IT.
• Provide Level 2 support for hardware and software issues.
• Manage user accounts and permissions.
• Assist with system installations and upgrades.
• Collaborate with IT teams for incident resolution.

Qualifications:

• 1 to 3 years of technical support experience or relevant experience.
• Experience and familiarity with ticketing tools or service desk tools.
• Knowledge of 0365, Active Directory and Exchange.
• Good to excellent communication skills.
• A degree in an IT-related field is a plus.
• Willingness to work in Eastwood, Quezon City.
• Available to work on a graveyard shift.
• Open to a 12-month contract.
