Job Description
Prepare necessary documents and coordinate with the Insurance broker for the filing of insurance claims
Monitors the different utility expenses (Electricity, Water, landline, post-paid plan, internet, etc.) of South East Group
Liaise with utility companies for any issues concerning utilities (maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, service interruption, etc)
Monitors existing rental and lease renewal of South East Group and ensure its timely payment. Handles new rental or lease contract
Assist in canvassing, outsourcing of materials need for day to day operations of South East Group
Ensure functionality of necessary office equipment and requisition of new equipment and supplies as needed
Preparation of Purchase Order form.
Handling assets inventory of old, existing, and new equipment.
Monitor inter-office transfer of assets as well as the disposal.
Assist in the day-to-day corporate activities and administrative issues such as messenger requests of other departments, printing, scanning, for signature, postage and notarization, etc.
Manage the office supplies expenses and requests of all departments
Assist in the booking of airfare, lodging for out of town/ country requirements of personnel on official business
Creation and preparation of marketing collaterals such as calling cards, company profiles, brochures, flyers, etc.
Assist in the planning, preparation of company events, trade shows, seminars, etc.
Maintaining the cleanliness of South East Group's offices.
Monitor and coordinate Preventive Maintenance schedules with the Engineering Department, and Client.
Assist with the needed documents for supplier's accreditation to the client.
Support After Sales Manager with the Company's goal to build a long term harmonious relationship with Client
Monitor company assets installed at the client's premises
Qualifications:
Graduate of any related course
1 - 2 years of experience in sales or related field
Experience with processing Governments permits and Insurance
Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets
Determined and self-motivated person who can operate independently when the task calls for it and effectively manage a team to deliver quality results on time
A process-driven approach, with a natural curiosity
Positive work ethic, strong analytical and organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
