Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS:
*Graduate of Any Bachelors Degree course
*With 6 months experience in IT Technical/Desktop Support
* Location: Mindanao Distribution Center
* Onsite work setup
* Mon-Sat 8am to 5pm

DeskSide Support Responsibilities:
• Install desktop OS, messaging client, applications such as Adobe Acrobat, WinZip as per requirement and add or remove accessories, peripherals or mobile devices and configure PCs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve desktop incidents.
• Manage disk and folder sharing and permission settings on desktops.
• Handle printer problems at users’ desktops
• Assist users in accessing applications.
• For MAC, Provide all installations, de-installations, cascades, moves, adds and changes for all deskside equipment, software and related services at designated locations.
• Manage Delivery/shifting/install printers to locations along with Print partner
• Helpdesk provided to handle 1st level calls and onsite troubleshooting support
