Job Description

Technical Associate provides IT services such as installing software and tools, maintaining workstations, performing technical troubleshooting, and documentation, managing general administrative issues, and providing a wide range of direct IT services. This level also provides assistance and support to clients by solving IT-related problems through phone or e-mail and accommodating them by recommending devices, IT upgrades, and other essential tools.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday - 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Work Location: DMG Center, Domingo M. Guevara St. Mandaluyong City (can be deployed to other areas in Metro Manila based on client calls - with allowance)

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/ College Degree, in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or any equivalent course
Knowledgeable in basic computer hardware troubleshooting
Knowledgeable in basic OSI, TCP/IP Networking protocol, and network troubleshooting
Familiar with different Operating Systems (Windows, MacOS, Linux)
Self-motivated, tenacious, and eager to learn
Detail-oriented and organizing skills
Excellent interpersonal skills / Client-oriented
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work well in a team

Job Description

Onsite/Client Office Duties:
Perform basic computer troubleshooting on client’s workstations
Prepare and deploy workstations to employees based on request
Daily checking and monitoring of office network condition and status (internet connection, VPN, company system, etc.)
Provide helpdesk support and resolve problems to the end user’s satisfaction
Talk to clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues
Monitor and maintain a monthly inventory of consumables
Install, test, and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment, and software based on request
Engage in activities involving installation, office movement, and other IT projects handled by ATI

Back Office Duties:
Assist in troubleshooting technical issues of users
Daily update on the daily task monitoring to keep an updated list of support concerns and pending
Setup the deployment, installation, pull-out, and configuration of PC, laptop
printer, and other IT equipment
Monitor and maintain the working conditions and status of computer systems and network
Check, monitor, and maintain the working status of the CCTVs, telephones, turnstile, servers, and other IT equipment
Report to suppliers/vendors any defective IT equipment covered by warranty
