Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering &/or Marketing or any business course
• Must have at least 3 years of experience in Selling and marketing heavy equipment
• Must be Computer literate, proficient in English (both Oral and Written)
• Must have excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills (Superb leadership ability)
• Must have the ability to travel at least 70% of the time
• Must be willing to work onsite in Metro Manila and willing to travel anywhere in Philippines

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Prepares individual annual sales budget with quarterly goals and targets for approval by the General Manager.
• Presents products/services in a variety of ways to create awareness and interest in the company products and services.
• Conducts territorial/ area visits to various customers, field/client visits.
• Call existing and potential buyers and set demo meetings and brand presentations.
• Prepares sales report, weekly itinerary and reports account status.
• Prepares necessary recommendations and documents to facilitate delivery of goods to customers.
• Attends to customers’ complaints and submits reports to the Sales Manager.
• Prepares sales contracts, agreements, and other supporting documents.
• Introduce XCMG brands to potential customers and sales outlets.
• Provide sales support and understand customers' requirements as to how our products will meet their needs.
• Generate high quality leads and build customer relationships.
• Help company achieve goals and quota.
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
• Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
Salary:
40.000,00 ₱ Monthly
