Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager with a background in offshoring and experience working in dynamic, fast-paced environments. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capability to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end talent acquisition process for both tech and non-tech roles, with a focus on specialized and niche searches.
Manage volume hiring and business operations support, sourcing top talent from the PH market for international clients.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients, particularly international counterparts, ensuring effective communication and the presentation of recruitment strategies.
Utilize market scoping, talent insights, and data analytics to drive recruitment decisions and optimize talent pipelines.
Employ Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track and manage the recruitment process, ensuring efficiency and optimization.
Lead initiatives in project management, focusing on process improvements, automation, and implementing best practices within the recruitment function.
Qualifications:

3-5 years of progressive experience as a Talent Acquisition Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or Manager, preferably within the offshoring, EOR, or BPO industries.
Strong expertise in recruitment strategy, market scoping, and data analytics.
Proven ability to manage a wide variety of roles, including tech, non-tech, and specialized searches.
Above-average English communication skills, both oral and written, with the confidence to work closely with international clients.
Experience in client-facing roles, particularly with international stakeholders.
Background in project management, process improvement, and recruitment automation is a plus.
