Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Account Management: Oversee a portfolio of assigned key clients, develop new business from existing clients, and actively seek new sales opportunities.
-Sales Strategies: Develop and implement strategic plans to manage and grow accounts, including negotiating contracts and closing agreements.
-Client relations: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Act as main point of contact and manage client communications.
-Performance Analysis: Monitor sales metrics (quarterly sales and annual forecasts) and report on the status of accounts and transactions.
-Market Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors to inform strategic decisions.
-Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, logistics, and finance, to improve the entire customer experience.
-Problem Resolution: Add potential issues and troubleshoot problems faced by key accounts, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS:

-Work experience as an account specialist in the food manufacturing industry
-Strong negotiation skills
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Sales and reports presentation
