Responsibilities of a Field Service Technician: Providing service and customer support during field visits or dispatches. Managing all on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks. Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions. Producing timely and detailed service reports. Documenting processes. Operating vehicles in a safe manner and using field automation systems. Following all company’s filed procedures and protocols. Cooperating with the technical team and sharing information across the organization. Comprehending customer requirements and making appropriate recommendations/briefings. Building positive relationships with customers.

Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must be an HS to SHS or tertiary-level graduate
• Must have at least 3 years of relevant experience in Business Excellence/Business Transformation/Operational Excellence/Continuous Improvement/Process Improvement under Finance and Accounting
• Must have at least 3 years of experience in BPO industry
• Must have a Six Sigma Green Belt Certified
• Willing to work ASAP
• Amenable to work onsite and in Mandaluyong
