Job Description

As a Technical Support Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers with troubleshooting, product setup, and technical issues related to our electronic products. Your expertise will help ensure a seamless customer experience and promote customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications:
College Undergraduate + 6 months BPO experience
K12 Graduate + 3 years BPO experience
College Graduate + 6 months BPO experience
Willing to work onsite
