Job Description
- Books and Manages Company’s annual events through marketing and promotion
- Provides account servicing tasks to clients and prospective clients
- Prepares proposals and other correspondences
- Maintains good relationships with customers through regular phone contact, emails or personal contacts especially with the Embassies,
Government Agency and Association
- Coordinates with confirmed exhibitors and coordinates with the Marketing Department for Press Releases
- Coordinates with Creative Department for the necessary requirements
- Assists in other events team assignment that may be assigned from time to time.
